Refund Policy
Every account is hand-tested working before delivery — if it doesn't pass, you're refunded before any login details are sent, so you never receive a broken account.
At robruh, every account is hand-tested and verified working before it's emailed to the buyer. Sales are final only once a confirmed-working account has been delivered — after that we don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or unused accounts.
Why We Don't Offer Buyer's-Remorse Refunds
- Every account is hand-tested and confirmed working before delivery.
- Digital goods cannot be "returned." Once credentials have been delivered, the sale is complete.
- The buyer assumes full responsibility for the account once credentials are delivered.
If an Account Can't Be Verified, You're Refunded First
Every account is hand-tested and confirmed working before any login details are sent. If an account you order doesn't pass that check, we don't release the credentials — we refund you instead, the same day during operating hours. You never receive a non-working account.
