Disclaimer of Affiliation
robruh is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All trademarks and rights to Roblox belong to Roblox Corporation.
User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
- Ensure your use complies with applicable laws and Roblox terms of service.
- You agree not to use our platform for illegal or prohibited activities.
Payment and Fees
Users are responsible for any fees, taxes, or other costs associated with transactions. These will be displayed during the checkout process.
Account Sales
We do not offer refunds, with one exception: if an account does not work. Every account is manually verified and confirmed to be in working condition before we send it. If an account cannot be confirmed working, we refund you before any credentials are delivered — you never receive a non-working account. Because each delivered account has already been checked and confirmed functional, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges after delivery, including for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or unused accounts.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing a digital good that has been verified as functional at the time of delivery.
- Once a verified, working account has been delivered to you, no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued.
- Once account credentials have been delivered to you, you assume full responsibility for the account, including safeguarding its credentials and any actions taken on it.
- robruh is not responsible for any changes to the account after delivery, including but not limited to bans, restrictions, or modifications imposed by Roblox Corporation.
Any exception to this policy is granted solely and exclusively at robruh's discretion and does not create an obligation or precedent for future transactions.
Refund Policy
Purchases are final and non-refundable once a verified, working account has been delivered. The only refund we offer is when an account cannot be confirmed working — in that case you are refunded before any credentials are sent.
- Each account is manually verified to be in working condition prior to delivery. Accounts are not shipped until they have been confirmed functional.
- Because our products are digital goods that have been verified before delivery, there is no basis for a refund, return, or exchange.
- Once account credentials are delivered, the buyer assumes full and sole responsibility for the account and its contents.
- By completing a purchase through our checkout process, the buyer expressly agrees to this no-refund policy and waives any right to dispute the charge on the basis of dissatisfaction with the product.
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a verified, working account constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service.
In rare and extraordinary circumstances, robruh may, at its sole and absolute discretion, choose to offer a remedy. Any such decision is made on a case-by-case basis and does not obligate robruh to extend the same treatment to any other buyer or transaction.
Limitation of Liability
robruh is not liable for any loss arising from the use or inability to use our services, including account bans by Roblox Corporation.
Intellectual Property
robruh respects the intellectual property of others. Contact us at bruh@robruh.com if you believe your rights have been infringed.
Reviews and Communications
Users may post content that is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or infringing. robruh reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
