How to change your Roblox username

If you already have a Roblox account and want to switch to a new name, you can — but it's not free. Roblox charges 1,000 Robux per username change. Your old username stays reserved to you for the life of the account, so nobody else can grab it the second you swap.

To change the name: open Roblox.com in a browser, sign in, click the gear icon, choose Settings, and on the Account Info tab look for the pencil next to your username.
